This blog was designed in regards to our class at The University of Guelph-Humber, titled 'Media Structure and Policy'. This blog is our first assignment.
Now that you know why we're here, you are probably wondering who exactly 'we' is. The five of us are all in our second year of Media Studies, majoring in journalism, photography and public relations. This includes Kristyn Klamut, Marissa Demma, Courtney Wright, Mandy Ams and Chantel Bound.
We we're basically given an assignment and not given specifics on a topic. So naturally, a group of girls, we picked to focus on fashion. That is what this blog will be on; it will be both entertaining, as well as informative. We will talk about fashion; in terms of it's history, the effect the media has on it, personal perspectives and various other things. It will include photos, videos, personal entries and experiences, facts, news articles, links to other informative fashion web pages and interviews.
We are hoping that reading about our project will engage you to continue reading and following our blog for the next few weeks!
